Doug and Bev's wish list:

1. The A/C (air conditioner) has gone out on out car, and we have had to put repairing it on hold.
2. Also, it seems that there is more cargo collecting for each flight and this is being store in our downstairs apartment. We need to build a storage area.

3. Find an Architect to detail what needs to be done to build a covered deck on the back of the house. This would be ideal for entertaining, of which we seem to do a lot. The roof of our house is asbestos and needs to be changed before too many regulations come in that makes the process much more expensive. The idea would be that once the deck is built on the back of the house, we would build in underneath the deck, making a great storage area for all the cargo we purchase for the NTM missionaries, day by day.
4. Once the deck is done, we would like to change the kitchen. Make it shorter, closing 2 doors and opening up the other end of the kitchen to enlarge the dining and living area. Bev would enjoy having a large pantry.
5. This would mean changing the kitchen and installing new cabinets, as the original ones are small and narrow.
6. We would like to put in a solar hot water system. That would be after the covered deck is built. The reason it is after the deck is because we have an asbestos roof and we do not want to do anything on the roof.
